If you are already here, the limit is the calendar you have left. Write with the date you leave. Some visits fit. A cycle or a recovery does not.

Start from the departure date
A health check sometimes fits if a department can take you and you still have a morning for the report. A dental consult sometimes fits. Placement, surgery, or a stimulation cycle needs days you probably already gave to something else. We would rather tell you to wait than to put a procedure against a flight.
- City you are in now, and whether you can change cities.
- Passport stamp or visa end date, in plain words. We do not file visas, and we will not plan past the day you must leave.
- Records you can reach from your phone, and records that are sitting at home.
- Who can come with you to the hospital on a weekday morning.
Being in China does not make a hospital obliged to see you this week. If the international desk says the next slot is after your flight, that slot is not yours.
