When a visit fee is refunded

Case review is free, so there is nothing to refund. The USD 480 visit fee is refunded in full if you cancel before we have confirmed the appointment with the hospital. After the hospital has confirmed the slot, the visit fee is not refunded, because the booking work is done. An extra day that has not started can be cancelled the day before for a full refund of that day.
